Flowers delivered with care

Every bouquet is prepared by our florists and packed for its journey so it arrives ready to enjoy. Delivery options are shown at checkout once you enter the recipient’s address.

London delivery

We deliver across London on the dates and services available for your address. The delivery window and any charge depend on the destination and the arrangement selected.

Nationwide delivery

Selected designs can travel beyond London. When nationwide delivery is available, checkout will show the eligible date and service before you pay.

Help us make delivery easy

Please provide the recipient’s full address, postcode and any useful access instructions. If they may be out, add a safe-place or neighbour note where appropriate.

If you need to update an address or delivery instruction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will always do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once an order is being prepared or dispatched.
